By accessing or using the sv4 platform at sv4.app, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms. This agreement is legally binding between you as the user and sv4 as the operator.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform. sv4 may revise these terms at any time, and changes take immediate effect upon posting here. Your continued use following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The sv4 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 or older. Users are responsible for ensuring platform use is legal according to the laws of their place of residence.
To access sv4’s full services, you must register an account providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities under your account.
Each user is allowed only one active account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice. sv4 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time and require valid identity documents.

All financial transactions on the sv4 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring their payment methods are valid, registered in their own name, and have sufficient funds.
Deposits to sv4 accounts are usually processed within the timeframe specified depending on the selected payment method. sv4 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers. Withdrawals are subject to verification procedures set by sv4 from time to time.
Sv4 reserves the right to withhold or block withdrawals if suspicious activity, fraud allegations, or violations of these terms occur. Any bonuses, promotional credits, or rewards received are subject to specific wagering requirements stated at the time of the bonus issuance. Bonuses cannot be converted to cash unless all wagering conditions are fully met.
Sv4 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from errors in transaction details provided by users.
Sv4 provides its platform "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While sv4 strives to keep the service running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee it will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or delays.
Sv4 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use this platform. sv4’s maximum liability to any user in any circumstance will not exceed the total deposits made by that user within 30 days before a claim is filed.
Sv4 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if violations of these terms, involvement in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activities are detected. Accounts closed for violations may have their remaining balances subject to further investigation before withdrawal approval.
All content on the sv4 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, UI designs, and software, are the exclusive property of sv4 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or republish any content without written permission from sv4.
The sv4 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. sv4 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. Accessing them is at the user’s own risk.
The use of users’ personal information by sv4 is subject to Privacy Policy ours separately. By using this platform, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Sv4 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly to stay informed of the latest terms.
These terms are governed by and interpreted under applicable laws. Any disputes related to these terms or use of sv4 must first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration or courts with relevant jurisdiction.
